Rhosonics opens customer service department

At Rhosonics we focus on excellent customer service. With growing demand for our products (density-, concentration- and COD meters) we have opened our customer service department.
We are very pleased to introduce Viktoria, who has joined us as an After Sales and Service Engineer. Viktoria gained her qualifications by completing her Bachelor’s Degree and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Viktoria will be trained by Daniël, who works for three years now as After Sales and Service Engineer. Their job responsibilities include technical service support and after sales activities. They are the responsible persons for future cases that are related to all product lines of Rhosonics. They will be managed by Anton Nicolai.
Anton, who was the former Sales Manager, will now take on the role of Customer Service Manager and will lead the team. In his role, Anton leads the pre- and post-sales service activities including implementation, quality assurance, ongoing support, customer engagement and training. He is also responsible for driving service quality and managing our customer relationships.
